Rethink Mental Illness is one of the UK’s leading mental health charities providing support to thousands of people every year through 200 services, 140 local support groups and campaigns that bring about real change.
Prior to implementing the chris platform, separate HR and Payroll systems were in use and the payroll was struggling to cope with the pace of operational development and change. In order to achieve greater efficiencies HR and Payroll data were consolidated and, with 250 sites, 500 cost centres and 1,500 employees, the HR and payroll system needed to accommodate a wide variety of job types and position codes. Also needed was the efficient production of management information such as absence monitoring, recruitment, staff development and workforce diversity.
Having considered a number of solutions, Rethink selected Frontier Software’s Comprehensive Human Resource Integrated Software to deliver a range of cost saving efficiencies. Rethink’s HR team were keen to take advantage of the reporting, workforce planning and staff development capabilities, as well as the menu-driven user-interface and end to end recruitment administration.
