The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic is presenting organisations with unprecedented challenges around attracting, onboarding and managing employees. Repeated lockdowns have put pressure on HR, recruitment and line management to support a workforce that is remotely located, or working in a hybrid arrangement. New hires face the prospect of working for an organisation they have never actually visited, and with colleagues, they have not physically met.

So how should we be approaching recruitment in the new normal? What challenges do the hybrid and remote working models present when it comes to attracting and onboarding a virtual staff member? Is the market for talent buoyant or contracted right now, and what is the impact on the war for talent? How are employers responding to this?

Join Frontier Software CEO, Nick Southcombe and his guests as they discuss how organisations are adapting their practices to a pandemic environment, and how recruiters and employers are rising to the challenges and finding the silver linings.
