Learning Management Platform and e-Learning Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions for the Frontier Software Pty Ltd ABN 57 005 751 879 (Frontier Software) e-Learning tutorials. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Frontier Website and e-Learning Learning Management Platform (currently hosted by Litmos). Your access to and use of the Frontier Website and e-Learning Management Platform constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms of Use and Frontier Software’s Privacy Policy.
Australian Consumer Law
These terms and conditions do not affect any rights registrants may have under the Australian Consumer Law as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (as amended from time to time).
Privacy
Frontier Software is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles set out in Schedule 1 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (as amended from time to time). At Frontier Software, the proper management of personal information is a priority.
All information collected and used in providing e-Learning activities are done so in accordance with Frontier Software Privacy Policy.
Frontier Software protects the privacy and security of information provided by you. By signing up to this activity or purchasing a product, you agree to the use of your personal information by Frontier Software: to process your registration form; to contact you about our products and services; to disclose to third parties providing services and benefits; for internal purposes; and purposes otherwise generally in accordance with the extended Frontier Software Privacy Policy.

Registrations, Payments and Refunds policy
The following policies apply for all e-Learning tutorials:
- Registration to e-Learning tutorials is granted by Frontier Software upon receipt of payment.
- Registrants must use learner’s email address when purchasing tutorials on their behalf.
- Learners must complete the e-Learning tutorials registered for, within the published access period.
- Once payment has been made, refunds or cancellations are not available.
- Refunds are not available for unused e-Learning tutorials during the access period.
In this clause
‘Business Days’ refers to any day except for Saturday, Sunday or Australian Public Holiday.
‘e-Learning tutorial’ refers to online training provided by Frontier Software via their Learning Management Platform.
‘Access period’ refers to the period a tutorial is available for viewing on the Learning Management Platform by a learner.
‘Registrant’ refers to any person who purchases e-Learning tutorial; they may or may not be the learner.
‘Learner’ refers to the person undertaking the e-Learning tutorial.
Access to e-Learning
Access to e-Learning will not be provided until full payment has been received.
Access is limited to seven (07) days from the date of receipt of successful payment of the e-Learning tutorial.
Pre-requisite learning
Some tutorials have set pre-requisites. If pre-requisite learning has been specified for a purchased tutorial, it is important that you fulfil this requirement prior to undertaking the tutorial. Each tutorial assumes a certain level of knowledge and time is not allocated to covering these topics.
Terms of use
- e-Learning tutorial and reference documentation including any training material, manuals and training exercises, are protected by copyright and cannot be copied and reproduced by you, or any other party, without express permission from us.
- e-Learning tutorial must only be utilised by the Learner, who remains an employee of a Frontier Software client to whom the Frontier Software’s currently licences software or provides services.
- Sharing access or user names and passwords is strictly prohibited. Frontier Software reserves the right to immediately terminate access to e-Learning if it reasonably believes that more than one user is accessing e-Learning using the same login details.
