Where once the word 'mobile' would have generally referred to a mobile or cell phone, it can now refer to a myriad of devices including wearables, tablets, smartphones or any connected device that can be used away form the office or home. These devices share many similarities but from a HR perspective they have one thing in common, they enable access to key data sources and processes for your employees when they require it.

A key point then becomes how do we integrate these devices within our HR processes and how do we mobilise our workforce to use these as part of a toolkit to ensure we have the right tools for the job.
