The award-winning Japanese ramen restaurant Kanada-Ya was founded in Japan in 2009 by former professional racing cyclist, Kanada Kazuhiro. Serving traditional, high-quality Japanese cuisine and specialising in authentic tonkotsu ramen, the company opened their first UK restaurant in September 2014. Success meant expansion and in 2023, as Kanada-Ya approached the of opening of a sixth restaurant, the decision was made to change their payroll service provider.
